Anyway, I want to like red wine more than I do, but white wine is my preference. Not too sweet, not too dry. Pinot grigio is great.

As for cheese, I always check the fancy cheese markdowns to try new things. My favorites are gooey like brie, but brie itself isn’t very flavorful for my liking. I’ve had one that was a mix of cow and goat milk, while still being very soft, and it was fantastic. Another favorite is tallegio, which is like a really soft cheddar with a thin edible rind and notes of mushroom flavor.

Mozzarella is always a favorite, but is gotta be dressed up a bit. My favorites are marinated, burrata (fresh ball with a creamy cheese filling), or wrapped with prosciutto 😋

I think it’s related to the age of the hens, more common with the younger ones. Chances are there are others in the flock that are the same age, so that would make sense.

Worst years of my life. Some par for the course, some not. For example, it probably didn’t help that my school district was going through a reorganization and I went to 4 different schools in 4 years (grades 6-9).

Everything with energy, sure… But I’m not sure that all matter has energy. Water, for example, has zero calories/energy. In fact, cold water effectively has negative calories as your body has to use energy to bring itself back up to temperature.

I think the question is if calories can take the form of a gas like it can solid or liquid. Like, just by breathing them in somehow.
