Russia already had proposed a ceasefire for victory day but rejected any other since it would allow Ukraine to regroup. They’re winning, they already rejected this, this is just posturing for the home audience.

Its even weirder in CSS where pixel is a “device dot” and an “inch” is 96 pixels except for printers and high-res screens where a “pixel” is 1/96 of an inch and an inch is the actual length.

But mathematically speaking there is no problem since a pixel neither length nor area, but a discrete amount. There are no fractional pixels (if you’re talking about the actual pixels, not doing weird CSS shenanigans).
