Yes. Eating a variety of meat - goat, lamb, pork, chicken, horse, buffalo, etc can be hugely beneficial.

It’s a lot easier to cut back on beef and other animal products than to eliminate them completely. It’s a lot easier to eat vegetarian or vegan options when available instead of feeling the need to read labels and refuse to eat food at friends, family and other gatherings entirely.

And filming it. And distributing it.

It has taken me at least a decade to stop calling audiobooks, books on tape…
