The expert who actually researches processed foods resigns due to censorship from RFK’s DHHS.
Obviously this purge will increase the background mortality rate in the USA by some fraction over the next decade, killing tens of thousands due to cancer and complications of malnutrition.
But can we look on the lighter side? I have always claimed gummy bears are a nutritional meal, and there are fewer people to stop me from advertising that now
But which brand of gummy bears? This is important.
Brand doesn’t matter as long as they’re sugar free.
Ooh! Haribo sugar free!
It’s critical that you eat the whole bag in one sitting as there aren’t as many nutrients as the regular gummy bears.
Sugar free and not imported 👊🇺🇸🐻
Haribo are so hard you can use them instead of rubber bullets.
Always Haribo
I think of peanut m & ms as a health food.
Protein my dude!
Wasn’t there an article that said 90% of American products produce cancer? I mean, just don’t buy anything American.
UV light “produces cancer”. Don’t go outside.
I do think there is something to be said about what is allowed in American food but outright banned everywhere else. There’s a reason we have more colon cancer and gastrointestinal problems among our citizens, and it’s not just because we overeat. Anyone who goes to Europe notices how much better they feel after eating their food consistently, and how much worse they feel when they come back to the US
Way ahead of ya, pal.
Exactly and it’s the mayor cause of skin cancer, wear your sunscreen!
Why take that risk? Board up the windows.
If packaging in California is anything to go by, literally everything you touch causes cancer
In February, Dr. Hall said that N.I.H. officials told him he couldn’t be listed as an author on a yet-to-be-published scientific review on ultraprocessed foods that he co-wrote with a group of university scientists. This was because the review included language about “health equity” (it acknowledged that some people in the United States don’t have access to healthy food). This discussion may not have aligned with President Trump’s views on diversity, equity and inclusion.
What was he censored about you ask? Must have been something really secret, otherwise it wouldn’t have been such a big deal, right? Right?
I just can’t even comprehend the stupidity of all of this.
Every single day, bombarded with one horrific, idiotic thing after another. It’s exhausting.
Nice article, here it is without paywall: http://archive.today/2025.04.16-222609/https://www.nytimes.com/2025/04/16/well/kevin-hall-nutrition-retirement-nih-censorship-rfk-maha.html
