That was a random thing that some George Bush Jr. advisor invented, lumping Iraq, Iran, and North Korea together. Iraq: invaded, destroyed (no nukes) Iran: bombed regularly, leaders assassinated (no nukes) North Korea: love affair with Trump (nukes)
