Coffee seems to be a popular topic year round. Always “new” facts emerging that have all been cleared up for years.

Sugar is bad, too much caffeine is bad, sugar replacements are okay according to current science. Cancer risk of the latter only apply if you consume abliteral truckload of them.

      From that follows:

      • coffee in moderation is fine
      • energy drinks with sugar should be considered candy
      • sugar free energy drinks are fine if you consume moderate amounts
      • “which has more caffeine, coffee or energy drinks” is a nonsensical question that’s posed like this on pupose to generate clicks. Look at the amount of liquid and the amount of caffeine per volume, then simply compare the actual total amounts of your specific drinks.

Afaik this is it. There is no more discussion to be had and every article on the topic is very likely to play dumb only to come out with the results above after they’ve unloaded their ads on you.
