America is now basically letting the people who failed out and/or peaked in high school (and who said stupid things about having “street smarts” and how “book smarts” never did anyone no good anyhow) metaphorically give wedgies and swirlies to experts, to the educated, and to people with more intelligence. All so they “do their own research” now, I guess.
Many already have, but probably for other reasons (also related to conservative dumbasses).
