I wonder how many are just stubborn contrarians, always needing to swim upstream because they think it looks cool. I realize that people like Brainworm here also look to monetize it, too, so I don’t really think they actually believe it. Hard to say in his case.
Narcissism. Their belief is right, obviously, so there must be proof. Even if there’s a mountain of evidence against it.

The fact that things could get this bad before studies like those get retracted just shows how conservatives don’t care until it affects them personally.
